I was born and raised in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.
I'm specialized in Italian/mediterranean food, I had the opportunity to work in different restaurants in the South and North of Italy, in Atlanta (Georgia) and now I'm settled as a private chef in California (Los Angeles), the place where I love to live.
My passion for food brought me to improve day after day, I grew up learning from my mom and my grandma traditional techniques, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts.
I love to cook traditional Sardinian food but I'm always excited to try new recipes and keep myself updated with new dishes and styles.
I'm the co-owner of an Italian gelato store, called "Dolcenero", located in Santa Monica.
