Francesca Biography
I was born and raised in the sun-kissed island of Sardinia, Italy.
I'm a passionate chef with a rich culinary journey. With experience in top restaurants from Northern Italy to Atlanta and as a private chef for families in Los Angeles and Georgia I’ve honed my skills in traditional Sardinian and Italian cuisine.
Since 2012 I’ve called Los Angeles home, where I’ve continued to grow and learn from fellow chefs around the world.
My love for food drives me to innovate and perfect my craft blending classic Sardinian specialties like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts global flavors.
