Private Cooking classes and Events

 

I'm experienced in leading cooking classes for small and medium sized groups as well as special events.

I can accommodate private parties at my home for up to 10 guests (birthday parties, anniversary, holiday gatherings), but I’m also happy to travel to your venue for larger events.

My menu typically feature 5 courses (appetizer, salad, main course, second course, dessert) and I enjoy customizing them to fit each client’s requests.

Pasta Class

Learn how to make pasta in this hands-on class! 

 

If you love pasta and want to learn how to make it, this class is for you! You'll practice hand rolling pasta in two different styles, long pasta (Spaghetti, Fettuccine or Pappardelle) and the unique Sardinian Ravioli called “Culurgiones”.

Learn all the steps, learning the right flours, kneading tecnique, rolling, cuting and cooking pasta.

You will get to taste the pasta and ravioli that you prepared with the 2 sauces made at the moment.

Fresh San Marzano tomatoes Sauce with Basil

Crimini Mushroom Sauce with Truffle zest and Parmigiano Reggiano

Sardinian Sausage Sauce with fennel, Saffron and Percorino Sardo cheese

Ragu’ alla Bolognese

Spaghetti alla Bottarga

Creamy Smoked Salmon Sauce with zucchini

Arrabbiata Sauce (Spicy tomato sauce)

Carbonara Sauce with Pancetta and Pecorino Romano Cheese

Basil Pesto Genovese with Pine nut and Parmigiano Reggiano

Seafood mix sauce with Clams, Shrimp,  Scallops

Minimum 2 people/max 6 people (in my kitchen)

The class is approximately 3 hours 

You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

Price for person: $ 125 (ingredients included)

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or other beverage.
